The songs can be broken down from within the song selection in the Crew's setlist, so you can have a good practice/warm up.
It should be noted that these achievements are stackable, and so if you complete this on a higher difficulty, you'll automatically pop the lower ones too.

I found that 1600 Salute gave me a lot of trouble, I tried Breaking it Down, Video replay, Slow 'Mo, etc, but couldn't get it. It's also repeated throughout "I Like It", so it makes it hard to get the 5 stars without that move. I eventually got a couple of them by flaring my hands outwards instead of downwards on the salute (even that was iffy), and it was enough for the 5 stars.
