I just got this on "Nothing On You".
Make sure you select Hard mode when you are selecting your choices before the song starts. All of the moves are relatively easy, even on hard mode. They are mainly a case of stepping from side to side and moving your arms around. The song has a nice gentle beat so it is easy to keep the rhythm and because the moves aren't too fast or complicated I found the Kinect seems to track them really well.
I got 4 stars on my first attempt without using the break down mode beforehand (it really is that simple to do, I'm not a professional dancer... far from it!) and the achievement popped as soon as the song ended.
Note: This song is also great for getting "Gold Digger" and "Certified Double Platinum" achievements but for those two I would change the difficulty to Easy.

Can be done in any game mode, but obviously must be done on Hard difficulty. This can also be done co-op. Work your way up to Hard by playing a song on Easy and then on Medium, and you should be familiar with most of the moves by then, so it won't be as difficult to get 3 stars on hard. Remember to nail the yellow flashcards as much as possible, and Break It Down mode is always available for moves you can't seem to get. Dance Central and DLC songs can be used for this achievement.
