In Break It Down, slow down any move you want to practice. If you have voice commands enabled you can say "Xbox, Slow Down" to go into slow down.
Simply get a flawless on the move in question while slowed down and you'll get the achievement.

Select a song and start Break It Down mode. During a move (don't nail it the first time to move on), hold your right arm at a 45 degree angle and say "Xbox" to bring up the Break It Down menu. Select the Slow It Down option to perform the move in slow motion. Simply get a Flawless rating on the move while in slow motion and the achievement will unlock immediately.
