How to unlock the Survival of the Fittest achievement in Dance Central 2 - Definitive Guide
I was surprised to see this didn't have a guide, but the description tells exactly how to get the achievement, so I don't need to explain that.
However, some helpful tips: All of the fitness routines combined are a total of about 3.5 hours. So you'll have to complete all of Fitness mode and then complete a few of them again.
However, I believe if you enable "Fitness Mode", it even counts the time played in other modes. I think this is the case for two reasons; one, I popped the "Play a 30 minute session in Fitness mode" achievement while in Dance mode; and two, I have only beat the first two Fitness challenges, a combined total of 39 minutes, 55 seconds. But my Lifetime Fitness "Duration" is over an hour.
I think your safest bet is to just enable Fitness Mode in the Fitness menu, then play the game normally going for other achievements. If it for some reason doesn't pop after 5 hours of Lifetime Duration, just focus on Fitness challenges until it pops.

Just turn on the fitness mode and play for 5 cumulative hours. No fitness challenges needed.

Note, u don't Need to Play.. U only Need to sit infront of Ur kinect...
I didn't Dance!!! I was only listening to the songs... After 5h achievment comes up :D

This can be done in any mode, as soon as you enable Fitness mode in the Fitness section. This is the first option on the list when you enter Fitness mode. As soon as you enable this, it will be saved as being on for your profile, and any songs you play in any mode will add to your total hours. This achievement will unlock naturally when doing all of the Crew Challenges and songs in Perform It mode, so long as you turn it on right away. The time counter DOES NOT increase when you sit idle; you must actually be playing a song. To check your progress, go into Fitness mode and look at your overall stats.
