To net this achievement, you have to Perform a song with another player while both of the dancers are from the same crew and both are wearing their Crew Look outfit, which is their outfits from Dance Central 2.
To get these outfits, you have to unlock them by completing songs, earning stars and leveling up. Now, the tricky part is the unlocks and the order they come are somewhat randomized. The one constant is that you'll unlock everyone's DCI Agent outfits and the hidden dance crew D-Coy before you begin unlocking their Crew Look. So, expect to be past level 10 before you can get this.
Personally, I received Bodie's Crew Look at level 11, Glitch's at level 12, and then Emilia's at level 13. So, I ended up using Riptide.

I got the achievement with dcoy's group on the 2nd song i played with them.

By the way, only one player has to unlock the matching crew look outfits because when he or she plays with a guest they have access to the same outfits.

You will need 2 people or a fake person
In order to do this you will first need to unlock the crew looks for two characters from the same crew. You unlock new outfits by earning stars and raising levels, with the crew looks starting to unlock around level 15. Once you have both members of a crew (ie Angel and Miss Aubrey or Emilia and Bodie) with their crew looks unlocked, do a two player performance with each character in their crew look and the achievement will unlock.
