You can create a custom playlist with as many songs as you want. Then go in to the Party Time mode and pick your custom playlist. You don't even need to finish the playlist before this unlocks.

To create a playlist, select the option at the top of the list of songs. Then get back to main menu.
Once in party mode, I had to select something like “remove from playlist” to select the playlist that I created, it was very unintuitive. It may be an issue with the French localization.

Once you create a playlist in Perform mode, you can go into party mode and select only songs from that playlist in the options menu. Once you do this, the achievement will unlock.
