How to unlock the Really Nice Moves achievement in Dance Central 3 - Definitive Guide
As far as I know, there in not a single way in which to game keeps track of the amount of moves you have performed and neither does the facebook app. If anyone does know if the game tracks moves, please comment on the solution so that I can add it.
An 'easy' way of boosting this achievement is to play the song 'stereo love' on easy difficulty. Try do to only parts of the moves end you are likely to get Nice most of the time. Practise really makes perfect here as this song will net you around 50-60 nice moves each time you play it when you get it down. Create a 20 song setlist to minimise loading screen waiting time and you will get around 1,200 nice moves every hour. It's not ideal, but it nets the achievement faster then just playing normally.
As mentioned by Chad and Jessie: Don't forget to turn off Freeform in the options menu. By doing this, the song will have around 10 extra moves which really add up after a while. The options menu can be accessed by pressing Y in the second menu in the game.
If you havn't unlocked the OMG achievement yet, you might be better off playing that because the song is quite fast and will net you quite some nice moves every play. Downside of this is that this song is extreamly active compared to streo love on easy and it will tire you out quite fast, so I wouln'd advise it after you have the achievement OMG unlocked.
To note: The achievement doesn't unlock untill after the song is over, not after the setlist so don't worry about playing only single songs when you think that you are close.
This DOES NOT stack with "Ten Large!" That means that you must get 10,000 moves where you do well enough to get a nice rating (circle turns green), but not well enough to get a flawless rating. As you play through the game, you will likely find a number of songs where you get a large number of nice moves, like Stronger or The Breaks from DC2. You can try playing these songs frequently, or you can play songs where you try to just muddle through. Some songs will give you a nice rating if you play on easy but only do hand motions without moving your feet. You will be making progress with this after every song, barring an amazing performance, so there really isn't much need to grind from this until after you have passed the 10,000 Flawless moves.
There is no way of seeing how many moves you have gotten flawless or nice on, unfortunately. However, if you sit in the main menu it will give you random stats. One of those stats is "Songs played," which will allow you to get an idea of how close you are if you have a vague idea of how many flawless/nice moves you are getting per song.
