Just like any "timeline" achievement, there are two ways to unlock this.
One is to simply do it the "legit" way and play DC3 three week-ends in a row. Just play one song either on a saturday OR sunday (doesn't have to be both days, just in case) and on your third consecutive week-end, at the end of the first song you played, the achievement will pop.
If, for whatever reason, you can't play DC3 for 3 consecutive week-ends, there's always the "change the date on your xbox" solution. Though there's a way to still obtain it with a date attached to it if you're scared of having offline achievements.
If you're playing the game on a saturday or sunday then do these steps:
Go offline, go 2 week-ends back, play a song.
Switch to the week-end before the current one, play a song.
Go back online, then play a song on your current day and you'll get a achievement with a date so that it looks "legit"

Simply play at least one full song on Saturday or Sunday on three consecutive weekends. If this is not possible for one reason or another, you can always disconnect from LIVE and adjust your console clock to a Saturday or Sunday, play a song, adjust the date to the next Saturday/Sunday, play a song, then repeat for the next Saturday or Sunday. Your console's clock settings are located in the settings menu on the dashboard.
