You get this for reaching "Living Legend" rank. As you play songs, your rank will increase, with Living Legend being the highest rank in the game. This will come over time. It doesn't matter what songs you play, either as you get points to increase your rank no matter what song you play, or how many times you play it. So, essentially you could play the same song over and over and still be working towards it. Difficulty and score DO affect how many points you get, though, as in a 5 star performance on hard will net you more points than a 5 star on easy, making things progress a little faster. In short, if you were in a hurry to get this, you could just play Poker Face on hard over and over, but why rush something that will come naturally with normal play?

This achievement requires reaching rank 1. You start at rank 20 and it counts down. You can only level up in perform it! mode. After each song your meter will fill up depending on the difficulty of the song, and how well you did. You can find your rank under your gamertag on the main menu. I reached rank 8 by the time I finished every song on easy, so a couple runs through the list should net you the achievement. Of course you could play the first song on hard again and again, but doing so will probably make you hate your decision in the end.

I would suggest not aiming for this achievement specifically, as you will probably get it while trying for the rest of them.
