Simply finish dancing to 30 songs. The songs must be unique, meaning you can't dance to one song over and over again. If you're playing through the career you'll get this easily, but each song you play in multiplayer and free mode also count towards this achievement.
You can also keep track of which songs you've played. From the "Main Menu" simply go to "Scores" and whichever songs you have scores on you've finished.

why do people add solutions for achievements they dont have??? if its that easy earn the fucking achievement!!!

Because some people don't want to play 30 different songs in a terrible dancing game. It's also the same as the achievement "Finish 10 songs" (which I do have). The only difference is you have to dance to 30 songs, which is a chore.
