How to unlock the Until the End! achievement in Dance Paradise - Definitive Guide

obviously this requires some level of skill and by skill i mean you understand what the game/kinect wants you to do... without "breakdown" mode this is really a game of trial and error and motor skill.

You need to unlock the last set on Hard career mode and this is the last song "Supergrass - Alright" to complete the song/task is not hard but to get "star rank" is a pretty arduous.

Once you think you can complete each move (most of the time) you have no choice but to play this over and over, and scream and shout at the tv and insist you got it perfect and the stupid camera didn't catch it right... over the last few weeks there have been LOTS of little tiny updates, and i think (if i'm not deluding myself) that the recognition and loading times are getting better... as a general rule for any kinect games overhead and front lighting works best and natural sunlight is not kind, this game allows you quite a bit of flexibility for depth but i prefer this game at the back edge of my play space as you have to move laterally from colour to colour (which is almost 3 meters for me) and if you don't see your avatar dancing i suggest moving a little closer mid dance move as getting a good is better than a miss.

Okay so you need 10,000+ points i have scored 9580 and that didn't pop it, but my run with 10560 did....
I got three misses (i will plead i did the whole song right) and over 70% of the rest perfect.
My suggestion is to use the multiplier as soon as convenient as long as your getting a x8 and not breaking combo you score more points this way as it doesn't last long enough when you try and stack them.

As a side note, I did this over and over and over one night (maybe as much as 10 times in a row) and just couldn't get it to register two moves in particular so i put it down for quite a few days and played Dance Evolution/Masters alot, and when I came back to this game I was fresh but still retaining the muscle memory and i got this on the second run.

My last tidbit is the music has little to no correlation to the dance moves, you are just as well to turn off the sound, and concentrate on matching the icons timing opposed to trying to dance to the beat... unintuitive but so is the rest of the game.

good luck

I scored 10,020 and didn't get a Star Rank. I'll post again once I get it so others have a better idea on what's needed.

Score 7000+ points on the last song to get Star Rank. Try and keep your 'Miss' and 'Almost' ratings to a minimum. Practice, practice, practice.
