From the main menu, choose "Lesson Mode." There are nine lessons, numbered #0 to #8, each one unlocked after completing the previous. #0 doesn't really have anything for you to do, but for the rest, when you get the opportunity to perform actions you need to get "perfects" on all of them. When you finish the lesson make sure that the grade listed is AAA, otherwise retry.
#8 is strange in that actions will continue until you actually manage to enter the parallel universe or fail to do so entirely. You only need to perfect one action before you can activate the parallel universe gesture, and I don't know how missing subsequent actions affect the score. To be safe, as soon as I got a perfect on the first action I held my arm out, waited for the gauge to fill and then swept my arm up to the top to initiate the parallel universe before anything else could show up.
The achievement should pop as soon as you fulfill all the requirements.

I got AAA on Extreme easier than I AAA'd lesson #2. For some reason I kept getting Good on the second to last pose.
