To get this you simply have to complete all the Novice selections which are collections of 4 songs to dance to with the difficulty set to Light. The Novice selections are:

OLD SCHOOL Selection
R&B/HIPHIP Selection
CLUB Selection
POP Selection
There are no rank-requirements, just play through them all without getting the "faliure"-screen and the achivement will be yours.
