I'm just going to clarify what this means:
You ONLY have to hit all the moves, and thus get perfect COMBO, with either an good, great or perfect rating. You do NOT have to get perfect on all the moves. To hit all moves you first have to unlock all 5 secret ripples on that difficulty-setting (unlike Light which have no secret ripples).

For those who's wondering what song to use, I did mine on "Can't Stop Fallin' in Love". Another I almost got is "My Summer Love", I always miss the Gesture. Must be easier songs, but the routine of "Can't Stop" is easy to remember.
