How to unlock the Making it a... Challenge! achievement in Dandara: Trials of Fear Edition - Definitive Guide
After you beat the base game, reload your save, and start working on the DLC. You can find the DLC portals on your map indicated by red openings, most are in the bottom right quadrant. Start working your way through the bottom right of the DLC and you’ll eventually find a weapon/ability called displaced presence. This allows you to shoot yourself to other surfaces.
Go back to the closest camp and fast travel to Creation Meadow. Go left two screens, use this new ability to shoot through the barrier onto one of the platforms on the left. Continue left to reach the four computers, turn on the second (enemies no longer drop salt) and the fourth (one extra challenge per enemy killed). You’re turning these on because you’ll only be fighting the main boss of the base game.
Go back to camp and fast travel to the Guardhouse, it’s the one right next to the final boss. Defeat the boss again and you’ll get this achievement, no need for an additional run! If you have anything left to clean up you can travel back to the computers and turn the challenges off.
Big thanks to Karachi King for pointing out you want to do this before finishing the DLC. The main boss of the base game is very easy and the challenges don’t increase the difficulty of that fight. This would make the DLC final boss more difficult and not recommended unless you’re looking for a challenge.

Nice! Will be trying for this soon.
EDIT: Unless I'm overlooking something, there's a barricade that prevents you from reaching the computers.

It's glossed over a bit in the solution, but you need to make some progress into the Trials of Fear area to get the ability Displaced Presence. This let's you shoot at salt surfaces to teleport to them, and for whatever reason, it goes through the wall at the computers.
Also, I'd recommend doing this before finishing Trials of Fear, so you don't have to fight the extra boss.

To unlock the ability to set challenges you must first complete the game at least once. From there, once you start a new save file (Although i'm sure it's obvious but just to be sure: do NOT overwrite your old save file if you haven't found all the chests and locations yet!) you will start the game normally except now in the beginning dark area there will be 4 computers.
Each computer will have a special challenge you can add to the game:
Challenge #1
Challenge #2
Challenge #3
Challenge #4
All of these of course have pros and cons so pick your poison, and if you're a masochist (or maybe just hoping that you'll be the lucky first person to unlock the broken achievement), try to beat Tormenta with them! Otherwise, just go up to the regular ending and this should unlock.
