Dandara: Trials of Fear Edition

It’s an open world game. So basically you can travel at anytime whereever and whenever you’d like to. There’s NO NORETURN point where you could miss a room or even a chest.
The achievement will probably pop up by entering the last room where the final boss awaits you.
(IF NOT, COMPARE YOUR GAME MAP WITH THE MAP FROM THE LINK). THE ROOMS IN THE DREAMWORLD can be easily missed. So make sure to visit them!

NOTE: Even after beating the game, you can reload your gamesave and explore the world again. It will load up before the final boss.

With the new DLC that was added, you now need to explore both the main game and the dlc to 100% completion for this to unlock. I can confirm this as I had originally beat the base game at 100% but didn't unlock this achievement until after I found every area in the dlc. This achievement will unlock once you go into the final room that you are missing.

Personally I would recommend that you first do the base game, beat the final boss and then go to the secret statistics room (located in village center basically right below the campfire) so that you can unlock the progress tracker that way you can more easily track your progress when traversing the DLC area (and also make sure you didn't miss anything in the base game).
