How to unlock the Monomi Won't Miss These, Right? achievement in Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition - Definitive Guide
The description for this achievement is a bit confusing, but what you have to do for this achievement is collect all of the equipment in the Magical Girl Miracle ★ Monomi stages. There are 20 in each of the 3 categories, making for a total of 57 items you need to collect in addition to the 3 items you start with. You get equipment by collecting the blue presents with the purple ribbon that enemies will sometimes drop.
So, the bad news for this achievement is that it is not only an achievement that is dependent on your RNG luck, but you can also get duplicate items from the presents, which can be frustrating when the drop rate is pretty low initially. There is good news as well, one of the items will increase the present drop rate, which will increase your odds of getting something new. In addition to this, you can get all of the items on the final secret stage, if you play on at least Normal difficulty. Easy and Hard mode are unnecessary for this achievement.
The item that will increase your drop rate is called "Old Man's Grass Skirt" that you will have to equip to use. It seems to be a relatively rare drop since I got my first one halfway through the grind, and didn't see it drop again until I was at the end. I tried grinding it out on Stage 3 on easy (where it first appears) but kept getting duplicate items with the smaller drop pool rather than getting the item I wanted.
You will also want to equip stronger equipment as you go so you can do and take more damage to speed things up a bit. I personally used the Despair Rod and the Autumnal Hope Ribbon for most of it, but it should be fine as long as you equip the best in your other 2 slots once you have the drop boosting equipment on.
Here's a full list of every item you will need to obtain:

Overall it took me around 4-5 hours to get this done, and that was with me getting the drop item halfway through the grind. It could be less time if you're luckier than me, or longer if you aren't.

Worth noting, the guide says you can obtain them on easy or normal difficulty, that just means that it is the minimum difficulty you need to be playing on to be able to obtain them from a drop. I mentioned that in the guide that you can get everything on normal difficulty on the final stage.

The Danganronpa wiki on Fandom has a table that shows which specific items drop from which stages/difficulties.
https://danganronpa.fandom.com/wiki/Magical_Girl_Miracle_%E2...
Playing specific stages with a smaller drop table was really helpful when it came down to getting the last few items.

Firstly, the main reason i'm making this guide: If you've just picked up a new item you didn't have before and are in a wave, pausing and hitting 'restart' DOES keep the item for you. So if you've just reached the boss wave (or a particularly annoying one) and you have a new item from a few waves before, you absolutely can just hit restart if you still need items on that wave.
Secondly, go onto either stage one hard or stage two easy to get 'Old man's grass skirt.' Reason for that is that on easy and hard, there are 5 of each 3 (for a total of 15) types of loot, but on normal there are 10 of each, so there are half as many things to get, which is particularly helpful for getting specific things.
Next once you have that, copy Darkb1ade X 's list of items and paste them into a text document, deleting the ones you already have, ignoring the 'stage and difficulty' information to the right of the item in favor of crosschecking https://danganronpa.fandom.com/wiki/Magical_Girl_Miracle_%E2...
This list and checking the columns of loot for which stage+difficulty combo has the most that you're missing, hopefully avoiding playing on normal once you get down there. It may be a good idea to play secret stage on normal for the first few times as it's the only stagedifficulty that has ALL 57 items, but once you get down there it's near mandatory to go to individual stages.
That's about all my advice. This took me a good few hours, but with decent luck and these tips you should be able to get it easily enough, and it's probably more interesting than all 15 island endings.
Edit: Typed this out while grinding with only one item left, the cattle diaper, and i got it i kid you not under a minute after posting, as the first present of the first attempt afterwords.

Achievement Requirement
The achievement description is confusing. A more accurate description would be: "Collect all pieces of equipment in Magical Girl Miracle ★ Monomi".Before you start
You should get Old Man's Grass Skirt underwear. This is the only equipment that increases the drop rate of presents, which contain equipment. The best place to get Old Man's Grass Skirt is Stage 1 on Hard or Stage 2/3/4 on Easy.I would also recommend completing Magical Girl Miracle ★ Monomi to get better equipment.
Additional Information
- You can exit at anytime and any items you've collected will be kept but you will not earn any Monocoins
- It's possible to get duplicates so be prepared for a (small) grind
Equipment Drop Table
Each combination of stage and difficulty have a drop table. I'll list the equipment with the combination that is the best place to farm for the item.I'll show stage/difficulty combinations using SXD where SX = Stage X and D = Difficulty (Example: S1E = Stage 1 Easy)
