To fill out someones Report Card, you must hang out with someone during the Free Times available in between Chapters. To find Gundham (or any character during free time, look at the Map in the Pause Menu). He is typically in the Ranch or in his cottage during Chapter 1

For the first time you hang out with him and asked to give a gift, you do NOT need to give him something. This should ring true for all characters in this game but don't quote me on that

Anyway, for the 2-5 times you hang out with him after, he will require gifts to advance his dialogue and keep getting the Hope Fragments. The gifts Gundham enjoys are the following
