How to unlock the This Belongs in a Museum! achievement in Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition - Definitive Guide
You will need a total of 1,244 Monocoins, so I would suggest going for the 999 MC achievement first, before naturally collecting the rest through Island Mode and Pet rewards while progressing those achievements.
You will need a number of held items, as similar to the bath scene in the first game, there are a few unlockable moments throughout. These can be acquired through RNG at the MonoMono Yachine (or outright at Rocketpunch for a chunk of change). All of these can be stacked, but remember to save your progress before quitting out to the main menu!
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
Island Mode
Unlocked at the beginning, when Usami meets Monokuma.
Danganronpa IF
Unlocked after completing Danganronpa IF, unlockable after the main game. This is a novel length reinterpretation of the first game and is pretty good, but lengthy.

Could you please update your solution regarding chapter three to make it so the names of the characters are spoiler free since that's six names right there. I only ask this because I wanted to make sure I had the right items starting chapter two/three, and seeing
took away from my first playthrough of chapter two. You could even make
name in chapter two spoiler free. It would have just been nice to have been able to have gotten to each section, and realized I was in the area you had described, and then been able to click on each spoiler name accordingly.

I'm a dumb dumb, fixed now. Thanks for pointing that out!

This is a tricky one, not just because of how long it takes, but because of how many Monocoins you need to pull it off. You need a lot. You should really be going for this trophy last or close-to-last, as you need to do a few things before going to purchase every single gallery item:
1. Unlocking all the extra CG events you can do in the story.
2. Finishing Danganronpa: If, which you get after beating the game.
3. Beating Island Mode at least once.
4. Having 999 Monocoins at your disposal.
Here's how many Monocoins you need for each gallery section:
Event Gallery: 624 Monocoins*
Movie Gallery: 134 Monocoins**
Artwork Gallery: 186 Monocoins (By this point, you'll have spent 944 Monocoins, so you might wanna finish raising any pets you're in the process of raising, or replay a trial.)
Sound Gallery: 300 Monocoins
So all-in-all, you'll need 1,244 Monocoins to unlock every single item, even with the max amount of Monocoins. Have fun!
*There are a few CG events in the first three chapters you'll have to unlock to get some of the events, and you can only unlock them if you get certain items from either the Monomono Yachine or the Vending Machine. You can easily buy each of them from the Vending machine, but to get all of them, you need 300 Monocoins. Of course, you can always try your hand at the Monomono Yachine, but you may or may not get them in less. You can get multiple of these items, and if these events take place before Free Time Events, you won't skip out on any of them. The events and how to get the are as follows:
1. In Chapter One, if you get the Replica Sword and talk to Souda before heading over to Jabberwock Park when T(w)ogami goes there and give him it, you'll unlock a scene right before your first Free Time Event where you, Souda, Hanamura, Mioda, and Pekoyama split open a coconut on the beach.
2. In Chapter One, if you get the An An Aan and talk to Koizumi the following day before you head to the restaurant and give her it, you'll unlock a scene right before your second set of Free Time Events where you and the girls (and Monomi) prepare baked goods and sweets for an all-girl's party (which you then get kicked out of).
3. In Chapter Two, if you get the Man's Nut and talk to Koizumi the first day before exploring the second island and give her it, you'll unlock a scene right after where Hinata will peek in on Saionji and Koizumi bathing together.
4. In Chapter Three, if you give Souda the R/C 4WD Battler Taro right after visiting Kuzuryuu in the hospital, and immediately talk to him on the next dialogue choice, you'll unlock a scene where you see Nidai doing "It" to Owari.
5. In Chapter Three, if you give Saionji the Toy Camera right before breakfast the second day, you'll unlock a scene where Mioda, Saionji, and Nanami hold a tribute concert of sorts for Koizumi and the other dead kids.
6. In Chapter Three, if you give Mioda the Summer Festival Tree right before breakfast the second day, you'll unlock a scene where Mioda and most of the other alive kids hold a cute little celebration of sorts with fireworks.
**To get all the videos, you need to finish reading all of Danganronpa: IF, which you unlock when you beat the game. DR:IF is an alternate universe take where every single kid from the first game survives the Mutual Killing, and is told through the perspective of Mukuro Ikusaba. It has some great characterization for everyone all around. It'll take around an hour to an hour-and-a-half to read it all without stopping, but if you choose to hold and speed through it, you'll finish it in around five minutes. At the end, you unlock a video of the survivors leaving Hope's Peak together, similar to the ending of DR1.

I had unlocked two events in my first, spoiler free run, so I had to get only four in the second play. For those who are in a similar situation and are unsure whether they had unlocked a particular event, they are called, in the order presented in the solution:
1. Coconut party
2. Preparing for girls-only gathering
3. Mahiru and Hiyoko bathing
4. Akane and Nekomaru's massage
5. Jam session gallery
6. Fireworks with Yukata
