Hit Lists are a type of collectible. They are cards with faces on them and details, sort of like ID cards. The first one you get is story related, but you won’t be able to hand over the hit lists until you reach the secret base in Chapter 2. Hiroko is in the back near the conference room entrance, and is one of the few characters not fully blue or purple in the area.
