Not a guide but more of a tip for getting full gallery and presents without wasting time. After going for the 999 coins achievement you should make a separate save with all of the coins (we'll say slot 1).

Now load "slot 1" that has the money and go to the school store in the "extras" menu and purchase presents until your achievement pops. Save this to "slot 2."

Now reload "slot 1" and purchase every gallery item. (anything below the music tab isn't required) Save this one under "slot 3."

There was a few minutes delay before my 100% achievement popped, I started another School Days playthrough on my "slot 2" when it popped so I don't know if it was coincidence or if it needs that to register.

My experience, you might be taking a risk with this and end up glitching Despair's Last Reward. For me Despair's Last Reward didn't unlock after doing this, even after restarting the game multiple times, loading chapters, waiting a few minutes etc. It only unlocked once I loaded up the 'all presents' save and started buying gallery items

This didn't pop for me until I had played through school mode once more. (Only creating the last one) and it popped on day 51.
