How to unlock the Ghostface Skillah achievement in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition - Definitive Guide
When you do free time events with out students and you increase your friendship level with them, you get a bonus of some sort. The bonus is either a skill (that are mainly used in trials), or a skill point (which are needed to equip skills). The easiest way to level up their friendships is to give them gifts they like or love. You get the gifts from that Monokuma vending machine in the school store. There are a bunch of gift guides you can look up online if you don't want to try and guess.
For this achievement, you need to reach a total of 30 skill points. You probably will not get this in your first playthrough of story mode, I only recall unlocking the 20 skill points achievement and that was towards the end of it.
The best place to do this is the post game School Mode, as it gives you a bunch of free time events. The school mode is also how you will easily be able to complete report cards of students as the progress of them does carry over.

Hello folks.
This is unmissable if going for all of the other achievements as you unlock SP increases as you work on finishing every Classmate's Report Card.
During your Story playthrough(and subsequent replays or School Mode playthroughs) you are given the opportunity of Free Time, periods where you can spend time with your Classmates. Doing so will either result in nothing(booo) or a dialogue where you learn more about your Classmate and are given a Report Card entry for that Classmate detailing the information you learned. Getting these Report Card entries will reward you with one of two things. You either get a SP increase or you get a Skill you can equip for the Class Trials.
For example, Aoi's first three Report Card entries give you one SP each.
Her 4th Report Card gives you the Extraordinary Focus skill.
Her 5th Report Card gives you another SP.
And her 6th and Final Report Card gives you the Ambidextrousness skill.
The table linked to below shows every Classmate's Report Card schedule assuming you don't give any gifts. The number at the top is what visit you are on, the +1s are where Report Cards are given and '-' indicate that nothing happens on the visit. Using Aoi as an example, we'd need to hang out with her 11 times, if we don't give any gifts, to get her final Report Card entry.

I'm not going to cover speeding this process up here, as I'll do that in each Classmate's Report Card Achievement Solution.
Following this same process for all Classmates will eventually get you all 3 SP achievements on the way to unlocking everyone's respective Report Card achievements. Each Classmate has a different schedule and amount of Report Cards, so I can't tell you exactly when the achievements will unlock depending on who you hang out with, if/when you give gifts, etc.
For the 30 SP achievement, you start at 8 SP, so this achievement will unlock probably somewhere around the 9th or 10th Classmate if you're completing each Classmate one by one. There are 48 SP in total, but you only need 10, 20 and 30 for the respective achievements.
