So this achievement is only a pain because of how long it takes to fill out a report card without any presents. I suggest following a guide on youtube and completing the game once so you have some monocoins. (I finished with around over 700) Then, Once the game is completed once, you can enter "School Mode," in this mode you can infinitely spam free time hangouts with whoever you want. Keep in mind for this achievement you have to have everyone's report card filled out in the SAME save. To figure out what presents the students like and love, look up their names in the Danganronpa Fandom Wiki. Hope this helped out some people.

I forgot to add, buy presents at the school store. You can enter the school store from the extras in your save. (You don't even have to load into the game.)

If you're like me and never went to the school store, due to saving for the 999 coins achievement, the store won't be in the extras page >.>
You must return to a chapter select and play until you get freetime before you can enter and then must use the machine at least once in order to unlock it in extras.
