How to unlock the Psychic achievement in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition - Definitive Guide
Hello folks. In this solution, we're going to show you the best way to finish Sayaka's Report Card. I'll start each solution with the Classmate's specific instructions, and if you want to read more about it to understand the why, some general information will be under the Character-specific info.
Every Character has a specific schedule for their Report Cards. The solutions on here and elsewhere I've seen just tell you to use Loved/Liked gifts, but there is a specific point that you need to use them(or a specific amount of them to use) or else it doesn't make any difference.
Also, when a Report Card pops up, you'll sometimes need to choose a dialogue option. You can pick the wrong answers over and over and never fail, but I will include the answers for these anyways.
For Sayaka, she only has 2 Report Cards and actually doesn't need any gifts, so her solution is very simple. To complete her Report Card, hang out with her like this:
NOTE: The first visit is a Tutorial in the Story Mode.
First visit - No Gift - Choose "Crane" - Report Card
Second - No Gift - Report Card and Achievement
And that will complete Sayaks's Report Card in 2 visits! If you want more info on the why, read below. Otherwise, if you have any questions, let me know!
====================================================
As you play through the Story(and replay it) or School Mode, you are given opportunities to hang out with your Classmates to build up relationships. When you hang out, you are given the chance to give them a gift(for the sake of this example, we don't). If you won't be getting a Report Card, nothing happens after you choose whether to give them a gift. If you do get a Report Card, some dialogue will happen(sometimes with a dialogue choice that you can't fail) and you will be awarded a Report Card and either an SP increase or a Skill for trials. For these achievements, we need to finish each Classmate's Report Cards, and while that's simple enough by repetition, I'm going to show you how to get each Classmate's Report Cards as quickly as possible.
I'll be creating solutions for every Classmate's specific Report Card achievement. In order to do that, I'll be referencing two things quite a bit.
The first is a table I created showing every Classmate's Report Card schedule based on never giving them any gifts. Each classmate has a different number of Report Cards and a different schedule of when you get Report Cards so I created this table to organize things. The number at the top of each column is the visit you are on, +1 indicates that you get a Report Card and a '-' indicates that nothing happens. If I say that a Classmate's Schedule looks like "example", I have done the work and created the Schedule in this Table, so if you want to look at it, here's the link.

The second is a list of every Classmate's Liked/Loved gifts. Gifts can be purchased from the Monomono Machine in the School Store.

What we're going to do is use each Classmate's Liked/Loved gifts to skip those sessions that result in nothing. This lowers the amount of Free Time Sessions we need to get every Classmate's Report Cards done from over 100 down to 65. Each solution will show you the best way to approach each Classmate's Report Cards and all the information you need to do it quickly, but if you have any questions, feel free to reach out and ask!

This one didn't work for me as you've described. I tried not giving her a gift on visits #2-4 and each time, it ended my visit with her right away. On visit #5, I gave her a "Likes" gift and it finished her 2nd report card.

Not saying you're wrong, but I've played this over 10 times and never had to use a gift for Sayaka. Can you tell me exactly what you did so I can try to figure out why you had to use one? That way I can update all of my Guides if it's something I missed. Did you answer her FT session question incorrectly? Were you doing them in Story Mode or School Mode? Were you saving/loading a lot? That kind of thing. Cause if I'm wrong I want to fix it but I need more info so I can try to replicate it.
Edit: My friend discovered a glitch while going through that caused him to need 20+ visits with Toko before he could finish her Report Card, and I suspect that's what happened to you, too. We haven't been able to replicate it or figure out WHY it happened, but at least know that you're not the only one who's had these work out differently for you.

This achievement requires filling in every page of Sayaka's Report Card. To do this, you must spend your "Free Time" with Sayaka. "Free Time" events show up during the story, and the game will prompt you when the event starts. You may only unlock one page for each time you hang out with a character, and not all characters are available to hang out during all Free Time Events. Open the map during a Free Time event, and you can easily fast travel to Sayaka.
How to Unlock Report Card Pages
You automatically begin with the first page of Sayaka's Report Card unlocked. The Free Time tutorial forces you to hang out with Sayaka. The game will prompt you asking if you want to give her a present. You do NOT have to do this to unlock the second page of her Report Card (which is the first time you hangout with Sayaka). You must give her a present that she loves or likes to unlock each subsequent page. Presents are obtained by spending Monocoins at the MonoMono machine in the student store. You earn Monocoins by searching the school and by completing class trials. If you save prior to playing the MonoMono machine, you can reload the save to ensure you obtain a present Sayaka loves or likes.
Presents Sayaka Loves or Likes
The following is a list of presents Sayaka loves or likes. The distinction between loves and likes does not matter for this achievement. There is only a slight change in dialog upon receiving the present.
