Using the slot machine is all about random combinations. However, I did receive two 7 rows near one another by using the slot machine on the far right. While all of them may look different in the casino's basement, they all lead to the same mini-game. Choose the max bet (7) and then spin. If you manage to get three Scatter icons to appear on your different columns, you can activate the bonus round and have five free chances to get wild matches (this was when it happened both times for me).

Just keep trying. The machine on the right is most likely to give a 7s row, although the furthest one will give more monocoins.
