Danger Scavenger (UP)

Warning: I strongly suggest you do co-op achievements first or last. After adding a second player to unlock co-op achievements, I lost all of my inventory and scrap. Don't risk it.

This can be done with a second controller. You can let player 2 die while you continue to play on your own. After you heal 10 hp, this will unlock.
