Pretty straight forward achievement. Just finish within the time limit and you get the missable objective. The bear locations are as follows:
#1 is just to the North West of where you start. After that, turn around and head down the cliff. At the bottom, head West towards the river making sure to avoid the elephants. Bear #2 is on the other side of a cave/overpass. The #3 and final bear is at the South Western most part of the map in a clearing with a leapoard. Kill the cat, cuff the bear and the achievement is in the bag!

You have your directions wrong after the 1st bear... You head down the windy path to the south and head east towards the river to get past the elephants and to a bear, the final bear is in the NORTH EAST corner of the map on after getting attacked by the leapoard on the trail. You have to cross the log to get there. Just FYI

^^ true, there is a leopard at the last bear too, but not a triggered cutscene one.
