Completed all objectives in Tanzania while playing Career Mode.
Pretty easy. Start a career and make sure that you pay attention to the side objectives as well as the main objective. In Tanzania, the first mission will have you hunt 5 or 6 lions wile using a carcass. Pull up your map and find the bridge over the creek and you will be right at the site to hang the carcass for the lions. Complete the level under the time limit for the side objective.
The second mission will have you protect the base camp from attacking lions. Your side objective is to keep all the others there alive.
Do that and the cheevo is unlocked.

afta u go across the bridge make a left and u can hang the carcass on the tree in front of the big rock...

I found a way to make the second part of this mission a little easier: hang out in the middle of the camp. From there all you need to do is rotate when the indicator pops up that there is a lion nearby. There will be 1 person in each of the four areas and they are easily seen. The 5th person is in the area between the two red shipping containers on the right hand side. If you make a mistake, all you need to do is exit to the main menu and reload the career mode. You'll start at the beginning of this section.
