The only objective that can be missed is Fearless Hunter. You need to kill the 4 bears by the river after you get the bait. Go North West and up a hill from where you kill the elk. You will see them all once you reach it. Bag them then finish the mission for a very easy achievement.

Right you forget to mention you have to actually follow the cougar in its cave too for another objective I thought my game was glitch pisst me off XD
