Create a new game on the Difficult on a new save slot after you have 100% on Normal. After you complete the first mission - Russia (kill deer and action-sequence with the bear) the achievement will pop without you having to slave away with side missions, bonus missions, and Action Zone again.

the above solution does not work on pal version. you have to go through the game again on difficult after 100% normal doing all side missions and the bonus missions . you will not have to do the action zone again .

Can someone confirm this? Not saying I don't believe you, just curious if the difficulty glitch worked for someone with the PAL version.

@King GBF, i found a new glitch for PAL copies this can save you a bit of time sadly the glitch isnt as powerful as the NSTC version but it does save you anywhere from 30-45mins from the total playtime, which was only 7hrs to begin with

On Difficult Difficulty, you need to finish all the career missions, side missions, Action Zone, and Bonus missions in order to earn this achievement. In order to see your progress, from the main menu, select 'Extras' and then select 'Statistics' and you will see what you need to do to finish 100%.
There are 10 career missions, 9 side-missions, 5 bonus missions, and 24 total action zone missions.
You also need to collect all 7 weapons, but if you manage all the career and side-missions, this will come naturally.

Hi everyone,
PAL COPIES SOLUTION only can't confrim US copies do it on that version with own risk
Ive just unlocked this achievement on the Pal version and something weird happened. Thus im asking anybody whom is going to do this in the future on a PAL copy to
try the following and confirm back with me
Complete 1st run on hard 100% it excluding Zones
Make an extra save just before you complete the campaign level Russia 2 from the guide
(Side note, I did do the Secondary Objective during the hard run)
Complete the game on hard
The start a new game on Normal and play up until you get to Thailand complete that one and do the Zones now
As soon you did the Zones you will notice you didn't get the 100% Achievement for hard as you should
Go back to the hard playthrough save you made on Russia 2
Complete that with bonus objective again
This resulted for me unlocking both Normal and Hard 100% when i did this this didn't unlock the Normal playthorugh one
This makes it possible to skip an extra run of the annoying Bonus stages and voids the need of doing the bonus objectives again on normal mode
