Dangerous Hunts 2009

Thermal Vision and Instant Kill, the hardest ones to get, can be gained on Namibia Platinum on the 1st stage when you kill 3 elephants just kill all of them fast from over 7ft away.

You can use any gun, not just a pistol.

This achievement is a tricky one to get. There are several power ups available during the Action Zone levels, but they have to be earned. According to CrustyDirtDemon on x360a.org,

"There are 6 total different Powerups:

X4 Multiplier: Awarded for taking down 5 trophies in less than 60 seconds.

Quick Draw: Awarded for taking down 1 trophy with a clean shot, from less than 5 meters.

Laser Bullet: Awarded for taking down 2 trophies with clean shots, in less than 20 seconds, from a distant greater than 5 meters.

Animal Freeze: Awarded for taking down 3 trophies with clean shots, in less than 40 seconds, for a distance less than 20 meters.

Instant Kill: Awarded for taking down 3 trophies in less than 20 seconds.

Thermal Vision: Awarded for taking down 3 trophies in 20 seconds from a distance of 7 yards, while using a pistol."

The thermal vision is a glitchy one, but nonetheless, it will eventually pop up during the harder medal levels.
