How to unlock the Forbidden Love achievement in Dante's Inferno - Definitive Guide

Both of these souls are located in the Lust circle of Hell.

Francesca Da Polenta- is located at the beginning of Lust. You'll find her right after you climb down after defeating the boss in Limbo. Make sure to ABSOLVE her.

Paolo Malatesta- is found during the boss fight in Lust. After the first part of the fight you'll come to a stop on the platform. You will see a purple fountain (mana) with a rope/ladder near the edge. Go down the rope/ladder to find Paolo. Make sure to ABSOLVE him.

Both shades can be found in Lust and they are pretty hard to miss. The location guide mentions when you're about to encounter these 'achievement shades'. Grab the shade by pressing . Absolve them by pressing , if you punish them (), you will miss this achievement.

Both damned souls must be released, not punished in any way. Level Lust. You will find the first soul at the beginning of the level, the second in the tower where there will be two turns in different directions. Turn right, there will be a fountain with experience at the beginning and go down, there you will find the second one.
