I received a reward quite by accident when I killed one of the heads on the easy difficulty level. I used the first magic ( + ) 4-5 times and got a combo.

You can get the trophy at the very beginning of the game, and then work on Poetry in Motion. At the very beginning of the game in Acre, take the Hellish or Infernal difficulty and chop down the warriors

There is an even easier way. On the level with Charon, there is a place where we need to extend the bridge and local “birds” constantly spawn there to interfere with us. We shoot at them with a cross without ceasing, even when they are both killed and the next ones have not yet appeared (so the counter will not have time to reset to zero) and that’s it. Got an achievement for them for 200 and 666 hits
