Pretty self explanatory. Select and play a mission on Challenge Level 4 (Champion) and finish it without dying.
Easier on Co-op with high level characters, but if playing solo I'd recommend Wulfgar. Wait until your Combat Power is ~2700 - 3000 and play an early level.
The first level is pretty simple (don't fight the side boss) and you can skip the magic users just before the boss by smashing the ballista and going straight through the portal. Focus on the Verbeeg first in the boss fight (big dude) unleash an ultimate. Drink a potion of heroism and go for another. Then the small goblin is easily stunlocked.

Got this trophy on mission "The Order of the One Light" Return of the Tyrant, we all die at the boss and when it reset just kill him without dying and it will pop, worked for me, hope it helps.
