Dark Alliance

You can do this easily with a friend or in a session with someone willing to work together. Starting even as soon as level one after the tutorial there are these ice spikes on the ground that will damage you if you don't gain warmth by walking near one of the flaming swords. Simply have your friend walk over and stand on the very edge of the ice spikes so that when they get downed you don't get downed as well when reviving them. Rinse and repeat this. The higher your difficulty the faster the ice will kill you.
