Dark Fracture: Prologue

Pick up a coin from your desk. (There are three coins right next to the phone.) Bring it with you to either the men's or the women's restroom. Go to the only available toilet there(open middle stall with the broken toilet in the women's restroom, or the only stall in the men's restroom), then jump on top of the toilet and drop the coin into it. After a second or two, the achievement will unlock.
