In my game the code to the door was ostrich/cat/dolphin/dog/seahorse.
There is a cypher related to the rankings of animals in a book in the secret area under the horse ride.

At the end of the game, you'll be able to travel to Naropolus' House. At the door is a keypad puzzle. The solution is the same every time: ostrich, cat, dolphin, dog, seahorse. This will unlock the door and this achievement.
