In order to get this achievement you need to kill sergio at the vikings bar. He can only be killed with the rune blade that is obtained from defeating the cat bodyguard in the secret bar. The cat bodyguard is defeated when you talk to skalligram with the tuning fork in your inventory, this will also get you the (Tamer of Cats) achievement. To get the Tuning fork you have to give the crown from the guitar player outside of the pentatonic temple. In order to get the crown you have to give a book to the scrubman in the bar. You can get the book after the scrubman asks for one, the book is in the kiryat temple and you must use the marker from the safe, that you get from the hiding place. The safe combo is 1/2/6/4.

Warning: Obtaining this achievement will void Inner Harmony (100G) on that save. In order to get both, make a manual save before attempting this achievement, unlock this achievement, then reload that manual save.
This achievement is unlocked by killing Sergio. You will obtain a sword and shield as part of the story, and head back to the basement of the Bar where you'll use them to unlock Thor's Hammer (100G). After doing so and making the Pentatonic Gin with the bitters by giving them to Warlock upstairs, you'll head back down and talk to Sergio, giving him the gin. You'll have the option to challenge him to a duel, which you will automatically win with your sword and shield. This will kill him and unlock the achievement. Now reload your save and don't challenge him to a duel.
