You have to beat the game without killing Sergio, so keep a save file for this achievement before you kill him for the Berserker's Rage achievement.

This achievement requires you to complete the game without killing Sergio. Note that Berserker's Rage (100G) is unlocked upon killing Sergio, so to unlock both, make a manual save before you unlock that achievement, then reload so you can complete the game like normal (i.e. don't challenge Sergio to a duel after you obtain the sword and shield), and upon completing the game this achievement will unlock.
