Written Guide: For this achievement you have to talk to the Kiryat priest who is located at "Kiryat Temple".
To unlock this area you have to talk with the NPC called Arrowsmith first.
He is located in the "Bar" inside the building on the right.
Talk to him and he will give you a quest:
Now you can change to the new location "Kiryat Temple". Walk to the right and go inside the building. Here you can find the Kiryat priest. Simply talk to him which will unlock this achievement.
