How to unlock the Sergio talker achievement in Dark Grim Mariupolis - Definitive Guide

For this achievement you have to talk to Sergio, who is located at the "Bar" (screenshot, top left).
Change to this location, go inside the building and walk downstairs to "Vikings Bar" on the right.
Walk all the way to the left where you can find Sergio (screenshot). Talk to him to unlock the achievement.
Note: After answering the chiefs question at "Pentatonic Temple" for the Achievement "Report" I was told to talk to Sergio at the Bar. I am unsure if he was there before.

Stupid question...after I leave the bar, and pass the drug cutscene, the bar is not on the map for me. How do I get the bar to show up?

Answered my own question...you need to talk to chief until he tells you to go back to the bar. I see the note now, but didn't realize the bar wouldn't show up as an option until then.

Sergio is in the Viking bar, on the far left hand side off screen. This is the same place you steal the fish from.
