During chapter 7 you will fall down a well into some water and their will be a relic at the bottom of that well. Shortly after that area their is a loading screen. If you go through that loading screen and then go back the relic at the bottom of the well will spawn back. Now you can just grind out the rest of the relics and the achievement will be yours.

As of 6-25-13 this still works. However, after grabbing the relic several times my game froze up. So be warned, and/or save after each grab.
