How to unlock the Funny Moments achievement in Dark Messiah of Might and Magic Elements - Definitive Guide
From my point of view, the best place to boost the achievement is chapter 7 after killing Cyclops. Once you reached the Goblin's base, try to lure them back one by one through the wooden bridge until the long edge of abyss. Here you can run along the edge, hide, appear and hide again if needed to find the best moment to kick victim into the void. The rule is that when Goblin losts you, he slowly approaches the edge of abyss.
* you can use above description only as an assassin.

Tested and working as of 10/21/2023. Chapter 7, after killing Cyclops and you find a big area filled with goblins. Right before this is the wooden bridge and cliffs to kick them off. Getting their attention with assassin and running to hide around a corner definitely makes them reset to "Not seen you yet", however, it still took me like 15-20 kicks for this to unlock. Unless I'm missing something, they all seemed perfect kicks but who knows.

Thanks King Drago. Repeatedly backstabbing the lich with power attacks as an assassin actually worked for me as well. Very surprised by this.

Push 5 enemies into the void without be spotted by the victim
What you do is kick people in the back to drop them down a fall that can cause death.
This was pretty tricky and took me a while, but I got it at around chapter 5 in the suspended bridge and houses, where there are lots of Orcs. The thing is, use an assassin, and always crouch. By chapter 5, you will already have the skill that lets you move in the shadows while staying invisible, but if you don't crouch you can be heard. What you do is 'lure' the Orcs somewhere in front of a free fall using the rope bow, because even if you shoot it at the floor in front of them they will not notice you and walk towards the arrow. Once the victim is in place you have a few seconds to sneak up behind him and kick him into the void. Notice you have to kick it from BEHIND, doing it on the side or front counts as them seeing you, no matter how stealthy you were. Another note, it doesn't matter if you stand up as long as you don't move too fast and as long as you stay in the shadows, keep an eye on the dark icon that shows you are invisible and try to stay away from the sun unless the coast is clear. Remember to save often.
Now with those tips you can get a few kicks in the area where there's two towers connected by a bridge, one with a void in it and the other one with a few inches of water in it, which is after the part of the gate in chapter 5, which is way into the chapter, much after the temple where you fight the pao kai and the cyclops. It is before the part where you got to activate some elevator, when you're looking for that mechanism. If you still need some kills after the two towers, you appear inside a house with an open wall to the right and a few windows to the left. There, I found an easy way to get some more. As soon as there are no Orcs in the house jump out one of the windows to your left and stick to the wall. If you notice, you will still have the dark invisible icon if you are close enough to the wall. Using this and the arrow trick you can easily lure Orcs without even needing to move, because you can keep shooting and they will come to you. There are around 4 or 5 Orcs in this area, I presume. Remember to save often.
Also, keep in mind it has to be done in one play through, reloading saves will not work, and that it stacks up and does not have to be in a row, otherwise it would be too hard.

Huge thumbs up from me. I was having a tough time getting this until I read your tip about only kicking them while directly behind them. I got this the first time trying, kicking exactly 5 into a void, when I was directly behind them. Thankies!!!

WARNING: -
This Achievement has been reported a bit glitchy.
Basically, to gain this Achievement, the best person to get this Achievement is Assassin and the reason for this, is because Assassin's are sneaky and can hide in shadows and most of the time, you won't get noticed by enemies.
I have found a thread on x360a.org that has helped in a great deal: -
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=85...
The first two easiest enemies I have pushed over the void without alerting them is:
Enemy #1: is located on the beginning Mission of Prologue and its the enemy looking down over the waterfall.
Enemy #2: is located on the beginning Mission of Chapter 4: The Sea of Blood and its the first enemy you see where he is wondering on the pier.
NOTE #1 For this Achievement, you don't have to push 5
enemies in the void in a row, it can be in total.
NOTE #2 This Achievement can only be done in one play through.
It won't count if you keep saving the game and loading
it back up.
Before you give me a negative vote, please explain yourself why you did it and I will be more than happy to improve my solution. Thank You.

This achievement is glitched :-/ I kicked over 20 goblins into the void, always staying behind them and without being spotted. Still don't have an achievement.

Easiest with an Assassin
I found Epilogue Chapter is a good place to do this achievement. It's not so difficult to lure them one by one with some arrows to make them approach a void and kick their ass !
Beware to be exactly behind them, I had to kill 9 enemies before achievement unlocks.
Save in different slots and reload if you think your kick wasn't perfect.
