Kill 20 enemies with Backstab strikes

There is an easier way to get this than to be 'stealthy.' The trick is to do this in the first few levels as an Assassin. Once you get the skill to assassinate people by sticking your dagger in their neck, you can do it like this:
Whenever you see a guard, attack them until their health is low, but do not kill them yet. Once their health is low, they will, most of the time, limp away from you slowly. Then you can just get behind them and stab their neck. Do this 20 times and the achievement is yours.

Remember this has to be done in a single play through, not by saving and reloading. You can still quit out the game and keep going later.

Just make sure you play as a Assassin. Around the mission Prologue you will gain the skill where you have the ability to kill enemies silently and faster. After when you have unlocked that skill, make sure you don't get spotted by the enemies.

Once you learn this skill, press and hold to sneak up behind an ememy. When you get close enough to them you will see your hand reach out, at this point pull to stab them in the back.

NOTE #1 This Achievement can only be done in one play through.
It WONT count if you keep saving the game and loading
it back up.
