The description says exactly what you need to do, just score the most points in a ranked epidemic match.
The online for this game is almost completely dead the odd game does pop up but don't count on it. The best way to get this is join a boosting session for score 500 or 2000 points in a ranked epidemic match. While in the boosting session if everyone takes turns to finish the match, each person who finishes the match will get the achievement. You need 2 people to start a match.

Come in first in a Ranked Epidemic match. Just score the most points overall and be in first at the end of the match. Hopefully you start as the infected, in which case you can use all the abilities you have during the campaign. Make good use of fire and "explode" the glaive to get easy long range kills. Also try to Shift and kill the enemy leader as he is worth 3 points.
