How to unlock the Covenant of the Meek achievement in DARK SOULS II: Scholar of the First Sin - Definitive Guide

When you come out of the cave and to your first little village (Majula) you have the option of joining 2 covenants.
For this achievement we want to join the Covenant of the Meek which is located a little bit further of bonfire by the obelisk & can be joined by talking to the man sitting on it (walk up the stairs to find him).
You simply just have to keep talking to him and eventually he will offer you a spot in the Blue Sentinels which help you during an invasion by another player. You don't have to join to unlock this achievement.

This achievement appears to be glitched, did the exact same thing (pretty simple) and it didn't unlock. The same goes for the ''Covenant of the Fittest'' achievement

This trophy is for finding The Way of the Blue Covenant and can be earned as soon as you reach the central hub - Majula. When you speak to the soldier sitting down you need to exhaust all his dialogue and then you can learn a gesture and enter the convenant.

For this trophy, you need to speak to Crestfallen Saulden who is located in Majula, past the bonfire atop the hill. He will ask you to join The Way of the Blue covenant when you exhaust his dialogue.

One of the 2 covenants available in Majula. Talk to the crestfallen chap by the monument at the top of the hill. Exhaust his dialogue and he will offer you the opportunity to join the covenant. Achievement Unlocked!

PLEASE NOTE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO JOIN A COVENANT TO GET THE ACHIEVEMENT – JUST HAVE THE OPTION TO: Repeatedly speak to Crestfallen Saulden who is sat on the monument in Majula to be offered the chance to join, he will also teach you a gesture,

This achievement is for joining the Blue Sentinels. One of the pros to joining this Covenant is that you receive assistance whenever someone invades your game. To join them just continue heading forward after leaving the little hut where the game begins. You'll reach an area called Majula that looks to be at sunset. Head towards the large obelisk near where the sunset is and speak to the man sitting at the base of it. Just keep talking to him and eventually he'll offer to add you to the Covenant. Just talk to Solden (the sad guy near the obelisk in Majula) 5 times. He will offer to join.

Located in the first village where there are friendly NPCs. We are interested in the NPC who sits at the huge altar. Let's talk to him, you can join the covenant. True, after you visit the Forest of Giants. At the beginning of the game, for some reason he didn’t invite me to join them...
