How to unlock the Covenant of the Meek achievement in DARK SOULS II - Definitive Guide

This Achievement is for the Covenant of the Meek, also known as the Blue Sentinels. By joining this Covenant, you can receive assistance whenever someone invades your game. To join them, simply keep going straight after leaving the little hut where the game begins. You'll reach an area called Majula that looks to be at sunset. Keep going straight towards the large obelisk at the end of the area and speak to the man sitting at the base of it. Just keep talking to him and eventually he'll offer to add you to the Covenant.

Keep in mind that you don't actually have to join the Covenant to unlock this Achievement. All you need is for the guy to offer it to you.

Worked just like this for me. Simply pester him with 5-8 Talk prompts and eventually he brings it up.

So far it doesn't appear there are any downsides. Though to be honest, I haven't been invaded once yet.

thanks for the guide :) do you know if theres any downside to joint these guys? (besides bypassing the chance to join another covenant)

This covenant is found in Majula. At the top of the hill near the bonfire, the one with the monument that keeps the worldwide death counter, will be a man sitting next to it. Simply exhaust all of your dialogue with him, then he will ask you to join the Way of Blue.

To join this covenant you need to speak to the Crestfallen Warrior at the top of the hill behind the blacksmith's house. It's where the total deaths in Dark Souls is recorded. Keeping talking to him and you will be asked to join this covenant.

PLEASE NOTE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO JOIN A COVENANT TO GET THE ACHIEVEMENT – JUST HAVE THE OPTION TO: Repeatedly speak to Crestfallen Saulden who is sat on the monument in Majula to be offered the chance to join, he will also teach you a gesture,

As soon as you leave Interworld and enter the road to Majula , near the fire you can see a stele on the edge of a cliff, a warrior is sitting next to it, after talking with him a lot, he will invite you to join the ranks of the apostles of the Cote d'Azur, as soon as you agree and the trophy is unlocked. He will also give you an item as a sign of entry: Ring of the Covenant of the Apostles of the Cote d'Azur! Also, by talking with a warrior, you can find out where to start your adventure in this world!
