How to unlock the Lucatiel achievement in DARK SOULS II - Definitive Guide

External image

You earn this achievement by fully progressing Lucatiel of Mirrah's questline. If done properly, when you meet her at Aldia's Keep late in the game, she will give you her equipment and the achievement will pop.

You must talk to Lucatiel in several locations (always exhaust her dialogue) as you progress through the game and summon her to at least three boss battles which she must survive.

Dialogue Locations
•By the No-man's Wharf bonfire
•In a tower between Mcduff's Workshop and Tower Apart bonfires in the Lost Bastille
•In the Black Gulch below the main path- drop to a ledge on the right side of the area
•Near the Lower Earthen Peak bonfire
•Aldia's Keep by the Foregarden bonfire

Summon Locations
•Next to the shortcut gate in No-man's Wharf (Boss: Flexile Sentry)
•At the bottom of the lift in Sinner's Rise (Boss: Lost Sinner)
•Right outside the Smelter Demon fog door (Boss: Smelter Demon)
•Next to the second bonfire in the Black Gulch (Boss: the Rotten)

This achievement is missable but can still be gotten after defeating the final boss AS LONG AS YOU HAVE NOT TALKED TO LUCATIEL ONCE SHE HAS MOVED TO ALDIA'S KEEP. Once you talk to her there, she disappears for good and if you haven't summoned her for three boss battles, she won't give you her gear and you won't encounter her again until your next playthrough.

I got this achievement after defeating the final boss. I had never talked to her in the Black Gulch and I had never summoned her to a boss battle, so I started by talking to her in the Black Gulch to advance her to Aldia's Keep. I made sure she was there BUT I DID NOT TALK TO HER.

I then used a bonfire ascetic on the No-man's Wharf bonfire.

WARNING: this resets all enemies and loot in the area and makes the enemies in the area as difficult as they would be in NG+. Furthermore, it carries on through successive playthroughs so in this area in NG+, the enemies will be as strong as they would be in NG++. Be sure that you are willing to accept this permanent change before using a bonfire ascetic!

I dashed past everything to Lucatiel's summon sign and killed the few enemies that chased me. I then led her to the boat and sprinted to the fog door. This battle, which is equivalent to NG+, includes two smaller, super-annoying enemies that weren't in the initial playthrough battle. I did my best to stay alive for the 10 or so seconds it took Lucatiel to arrive, killed the little guys, then carefully equipped the Redeye ring so the Flexile Sentry focused on me instead of Lucatiel. Lucatiel survived the battle.

I then used a second bonfire ascetic on the No-man's Wharf bonfire and repeated the steps above to kill the Flexile Sentry a second time with Lucatiel.

Next, I used a bonfire ascetic on the Sinners' Rise bonfire. I took the lift down and killed the three big enemies and a couple of smaller guys, summoned Lucatiel, and equipped the Redeye Ring. I then sprinted to the fog door, quickly entered, and defeated the Lost Sinner with Lucatiel still alive. I did a lot of tanking (the Sinner and his two friends were focused on me), allowing Lucatiel to deal the bulk of the damage.

I then went to the Aldia's Keep bonfire and talked to Lucatiel. She gave me her gear and the achievement popped.

I think this achievement is nearly impossible on NG+. The Smelter Demon, Flexile Sentry and Lost Sinner are some of the most difficult bosses with the addition of extra enemies in the fight. (For the Sentry and Sinner, at least.)

I'm either going to try upgrading the bonfire at the Black Gulch 3 times, or start a new game and try my luck that way. The Rotten on +5 sounds a little scary though.

I defeated three bosses with her surviving, but only beat the third after talking to her in Aldia's Keep. If I start NG+, will I be able receive the equipment from her without having to drag her into the fights again?

You should. I'm inclined to believe that you've gotten credit for the three summons so you just need to talk to her at Aldia's Keep to get the achievement. But I can't be 100% certain until someone gives a confirmation =/

I really hope so, but I might not take that chance either. lol

I'll probably just go ahead and do the No Man's Wharf boss w/ bonfire ascetics on NG+ just to be safe.

I summoned her too Flexile sentry and Lost sinner, she's terrible, how the hell is she supposed to survive 3 encounters?

Try the Redeye Ring (can be bought from cat in Majula).

What I ended up doing was summoning her 3 times for the Rotten and getting either the other AI or a random player to help me. It was actually easier than I thought. For some reason she's disappeared from the rest of the locations in the game, I just hope she shows up at Aldia's Keep when I get there.

This wouldn't be so bad if she wasn't so damned suicidal !!!!!! All she is good for is boss bait, I had a caster healing her the whole time during the smelter demon fight and she still died :D

Like AbsolutioN IX, I summoned her at the Rotten en while using the Redeye ring, it was quite easy. Just make sure she doesn't get hit by positioning yourself well and just go at him like you did when you first encountered him (assuming you did). I wouldn't advise doing the Sentry a 2nd time because you will seriously screw yourself and make the fight very hard in NG+ and the playthroughs following that.

I've talked to her in the Bastile, killed the sinner with her surviving. Talked to her at No-Mans Wharf, killed the Flexile sentry but she didn't even come through the fog gate (bitch, the worst part was the first time she walked over she killed herself with all enemies dead. Such bad AI) Now I talked to her at Earthen Peak, but she won't show up at the Gulch, neither will her summon sign. (Yes I'm at the right bonfire)

She isn't at the 2nd bonfire- she's in a cave below the main path accessible via a ledge not to far from the first bonfire. There are several ledges and her is the first you'd see if you hugged the side of the ledge opposite the cave with the first bonfire and worked towards the boss area. Use a torch for better visibility. The ledge with the big locked stone door is the wrong one- it's before that. I imagine that talking to her in this cave will trigger her summon sign at the 2nd bonfire.

I can confirm that only after talking to her in the spot under Black Gulch will her summon sign show up for The Rotten.

Yes, Yes, very aware of that, and did that, she simply didn't show up. I'm more concerned about the Flexile Sentry boss counting towards the 3 wins, after all she didn't follow me in. But if it did, that would be 3 total, and maybe that's why she won't show up in the cave? Can somebody tell me if her not walking in counts to the 3? She was alive, and disappeared after the fight, just didn't participate. This is want to know.

I'm still on NG and I wasn't able to keep her alive in any of the battles. I've beaten all the bosses, so my only option now is Bonfire Ascetics. Do you guys think it would be a good idea to use 3 Ascetics in Black Gulch and try to keep her alive against The Rotten? Only issue with that is Black Gulch will be in NG++++ mode when I start NG+. That shouldn't be a huge deal though because Black Gulch is a small area.

She is such a bad summon! This is really aggravating. Tried Flexile Sentry NG+ and just get completely wrecked immediately. Might try using a soul vessel and pumping VGR and END and doing The Rotten three times. Can't hurt to try I guess!

That depends on what order you play those two areas. No man's wharf is optional as you can access the Bastille from the cardinal tower in the forest of fallen giants.

I have a question i had summoned her by the smelter demon at the end she was alive but not in the boss room does it still count for the achievement??

Very good call on the red eye ring dude! I was on NG + with some of the bosses at NG++ level and they kept slaughtering her. The description of the ring is "easier to be detected by enemies" lol so it never even occurred to me it would make enemies go for you over Lucatiel. Very good catch appreciate it :)

Do you have to summon her 3 or 4 times? I have summoned her at the sentry and the Rotten. She died during Smelter Demon. Never summoned her at Sinner and he is dead. What is my best option for getting the achievement. I haven't used any Bonfire Aesthetics yet.

By WayzoftheRaven on 26 Mar 2014 14:23
Ascetic either the wharf bonfire for the sentry it the gulch bonfire (not sure which one- sorry) for the rotten. Rotten would probably be easier as sentry gets two friends in ng+ that make it annoying.

I imagine the 2nd gulch bonfire resets the rotten but I'm not certain.

And you don't need to have summoned her four times. Three successes will suffice.

I want to at something at this solution from what i saw you need to summon her 3 times in 1 play trough you can burn that bonfire thing that counts but you must do it in 1 play trough because i survived with her once in the previous play trough and twice in this play trough but i didn't get the equipment i did another boss fight with her ( she was still alive) and i got her equipment and the achievement.

And if you already talked to her in Aldia's keep DON'T BURN ON THE BONFIRE IF THE BONFIRE IS STILL OUT YOU CAN STILL TALK TO HER IF YOU BURN ON THE BONFIRE THEN SHE IS GONE FOR EVER!

I hope this helps you guy's :)

So there is no confirmation yet, if you summon them and they do not enter the fog gate, will that run count? Would love to see a quick ng run to see if it does. I have done all 4 bosses on ng+ wih her alive at the end but for Flexile and Sinner, she didn't enter the fog. I don't know if that will count as 2 or the 3+ that I need.

Geez. She didn't survive a single fight the first time around. The Rotten isn't bad at all if you can dodge his attacks. Summon Lucatiel and someone else (the hunter works) and just keep him focused on you with Redeye Ring. If you summon another player, they can just hit him from behind with little worry of being hurt at all. I just fought him three times using bonfire ascetics on my first playthrough, bringing the bonfire intensity up to 4, and it worked perfect every time.

Question: the guide says you can kill her in Aldia's Keep before she disappears and that her equiptment will end up in Merchant Hag Melentia's inventory afterwards, does anyone know if this will net you the achievement?
I too talked to her at every turn and summoned her at all available fights, and she only survived the Rotten. Just wondering if I can skip the bonfire aesthetics and go straight to buying her stuff?

By LookItsPineappl on 01 Apr 2014 03:55
I'm 99.99% sure that won't work. I'm almost positive that the achievement requires being given Lucatiel's gear (and weapon) by her.

So every time i use the bonfire to replay a boss battle it will add a + to the area?
If i replay the Sinner 3 times it will keep adding +'s? Or will it just add 1 +?
So NG > NG+ or NG > NG+++?

Ok I have summoned her and killed lost sinner and flexile. So I attempted to kill smelter demon with her and got owned. I burned five human effigy to try again but still failed , so I moved on to other boss just to lvl up and come back to try again . Then I meet her again in black gulch and talked to her , even since then I don't see her summon sign anymore at smelter demon even I am in human form , can I still summon her again? Or I need to start another play through? Or I can burn that bone thing at sinners rise to kill the lost sinner again??

By TheDayWalker888 on 08 Apr 2014 23:50
If you talked to her in aldia's keep the last place where she is behind the door where you need the ring from the king then she is gone for ever and you must start another playtrough to summon her again

At my own experience if i you talked to her but didn't light the bonfire you can still summon her

If you didn't reach aldia's keep yet and you talked to her at
no mans wharf, sinner's rise, iron keep and the the place where you fight the rotten then it must be a glitch because if you didn't talked to her at aldia's keep and you talked to her at the other 4 paces you must see her summon sign

Hey, I can confirm that if she gets stuck outside of the fog door that it should still count towards her three fights as long as you win the battle of course. I did Flexile Sentry with her stuck outside, Lost Sinner with her inside, The Rotten with her inside, and Smelter Demon with her outside. I talked to her at Aldia's Keep and she gave me the equipment after talking to her a few times. So it shouldn't ruin it if she does get stuck outside. (:

Doing another NG and so far I've kept her alive for 2 of 2. Really easy once you know what to go about upgrading. She hasn't been below half once. Plus - I know this sounds wussy, but summoning another player so far is paying off in spades.

The patch that came out on April 11 buffed all NPCs including Lucatiel. It is a lot easier to keep her alive now. I missed doing this on NG so I am doing it on NG+ and so far I'm 2 for 2 on Lost Sinner and Flexible Sentry, even with the extra enemies.

Maybe I am the atypical example of this but I had absolutely no issues with keeping her alive in NG+, I have a high level caster and she serves well as a distraction so I can get behind the boss and unleash a few crystal soul spheres. My bigger issues were her suicidal tendencies of running off the bridge in Sinner's Rise and Iron Keep (yes she only has 10 ft or so to fall off in Iron Keep and she still managed to nosedive into lava.)

I would like to ask a tiny question: is it a mandatory to summon her all three times I A ROW WITHOUT GETTING HER DIE?
So basically suppose I beat 2 bosses normally and failed on third. Do I have to fight 3 bosses all over again or just use bonfire astetic to replay a battle?
I just wanted to clarify this in case of failure.

So many people complaining about the summon being shitty... From my experience she's been pretty bad ass. I'm following the walk through on x360a and just lit my fourth primal fire and I've summoned her for every fight possible so far and she survived every one on the first attempt each one with roughly half her HP in tact... Playing as a knight with no power leveling...

Be sure to be human and cancel your own summoning sign - I always forget to cancel my summoning sign when searching NPCs.

Lucatiel is a great summon npc. Much like sunbro from DS1. She really helped me with all 4 bosses and she never died.

She's helped me with 3 boss fights, neither of us died, but not showing up at Foregarden bonfire, neither did she show up at the Black Gulch spot. Anyone have an idea why? Thinking of using bonfire ascetic at black gulch but man, if this doesn't work, that's a playthrough wasted...unless the solution actually works...

Used ascetic at black gulch. She doesn't appear at the drop, and there's no summon sign at the bonfire. Guess I'm just SOL. Will hope that after the final boss, the ascetic at no man's wharf will work....otherwise it's up for another playthrough which I'm not looking forward to.

Nevermind...just been going down the wrong drop...there's one before the drop with the locked door and 2 giants beneath. Going through her dialogue now, hopefully will be able to summon her for rotten or see her at aldia's

........rotten just wrecked her completely, so I shut down the console before she could die as homeward bone was greyed out.........now there's no summon.....

However, she is at aldia's now....this is so confusing

Oh thank god achievement unlocked!!!! She looks human. I have no idea when or why you're not supposed to talk to her after beating the final boss if she's at aldia's, I must note, I did not speak to her initially at black gulch as I was using the wrong ledge to drop down to. I'm guessing just talking to her at black gulch moves her on to aldia's, and then depending on whether you've beaten 3 bosses with her, you'll unlock the achievement and get the related set. Happy hunting.

Nice guide, A tip for people trying to co-op and getting her help. Me and a friend have been doing our NG+ run in co-op. Just the boss fights. When we got to The Last Sinner we used the name engraved ring. The thing is that if you have that ring on and pick a god it gets rid of every summon even the NPC. So just a heads up. I now have to try and keep her alive at smelter demon.

Looks like I'm good to go, I summoned her for all 4 of her fights, and she survived all of them, just need to meet her in the last place now.

I talked to her at aldias keep on accident. Pretty sure IV done 3 but apparently not. I KNOW I did 2. When I go into ng++ will I only have to do 1 battle or all 3 again

I summoned her for Flexile Sentry (survived), then the Lost Sinner (survived), then the Rotten (died), and then Smelter Demon (survived). I've talked to her in all locations except Aldia's Keep, and that's my next area. My question is this: does she have to survive three battles in a row? Because if it's just 3 battles then I should be all set to get the achievement when I talk to her at Aldia's, but if it's in a row I'll need to use bonfire ascetics. So, a second question: If I summon her for the Rotten using ascetics, how many times do I do it? She last survived Smelter Demon, so I should only need to do the Rotten 2 times, right? I've already used an ascetic to respawn the Rotten, summoned Lucatiel, and we both died, so hopefully THAT doesn't screw with the order either.

To get this Trophy, you will need to summon Lucatiel of Mirrah for boss fights and have her survive three of them.

You can find Lucatiel in the following locations:

* No-Man's Wharf - Against the wall next to the bonfire.
* The Lost Bastille - The first floor of the tower across from The Tower Apart bonfire. (The one you arrive at if you take the shortcut from the Pursuer boss battle.)
* Earthen Peak - By the first bonfire right after the Covetous Demon boss fight.
* Black Gulch - After leaving the cave with the first bonfire and turning left, look for an outcropping below the cliff edge you're walking along. You should see it just before you reach the first pools of flammable liquid on the ground. (Carrying a torch may make it easier to see it.)
* Aldia's Keep - In the wooden building that has the first bonfire. WARNING: Do not speak to her here if you have not completed her quest. Doing so will cause her to disappear and prevent you from earning this Trophy in the current playthrough.

Speaking to her will enable her to be summoned for the following boss fights:

* Flexile Sentry (No-Man's Wharf) - Her summon sign is next to the chain that opens the gate to create a shortcut.
* The Lost Sinner (Sinner's Rise) - After taking the elevator down, her sign is next to the sconce.
* Smelter Demon (Iron Keep) - Her sign is a short distance from the fog gate. You can see it when you cross the bridge that has to be lowered.
* The Rotten (Black Gulch) - Her sign is next to the second bonfire.

Lucatiel must be alive at the end of three boss in order for you to get her equipment from her at Aldia's Keep. It does not matter which fights you win with her; as long as she survives three of them, you can speak to her in Aldia's Keep, get her equipment, and get the Trophy.

If Lucatiel dies during a boss fight, you can burn a Bonfire Ascetic and try the fight again. Be careful; some boss fights change in NG+ and the effect of the Ascetic will persist during all future playthroughs.

You can also use Bonfire Ascetic to battle the same boss multiple times and it counts towards the three fights. I got the trophy after using her for three Flexi Sentry fights in No Mans Wharf. You still need to speak to her in all her locations to unlock the trophy though.

And what if Lucatiel doesn't enter the mist and you win the battle?
It happens to me twice in NG+ and i'n going for Aldia...

This trophy is missable, if you end up talking to Lucatiel in every point of the game so that she shows up at Aldia's Keep and you did not fight 3 bosses with her and have her survive she will disappear from the game.

In order to get this trophy you need have talked to Lucatiel and exhausted all dialogue options with her whenever you see her in the game. You then need to summon her and have her survive 3 of the 4 possible boss fights.

The places you see her are:

1. No man's Wharf Bonfire.
- Allows her to be summon for the Versatile Sentry Boss. Her signal will be near the door where you pulled the level to get a shortcut passing through the level.
2. Lost Bastille (McDuff Bonfire) - Head straight up the stairs, beat the enemies and she is in the tower.
- This will allow you to summon for for the Lost Sinner (Sinner's Rise) boss battle. Her signal will be in the basement after you take the elevator down to the holding cell area.
3. Lower Earthen Keep Bonfire.
- This will allow you to summon her for the Smelter Demon (Iron Keep) boss fight. Her summon sign will be right before the boss door.
4. Black Gulch (Mouth Bonfire) - Under that bonfire, you have to drop down to a small exposed ledge right outside the bonfire.
- This will allow you to summon her for the The Rotten (Black Gulch) boss, her signal will be at the Hidden Chamber bonfire in the Black Gulch
5. Aldia's Keep (Foregarden) - This is where she gives you the equipment, she will only show up here if you've talked to her in every other location.

You do not have to meet the NPCs or fight the bosses in the order they were listed. You can also summon them for the same boss in the same playthrough by using Bonfire Ascetics as confirmed by players.

If Lucatiel dies you can simply choose to die and redo the boss battle resummoning him or quit the game and reload it and summon him again. If you've already completed a boss battle I would recommend just trying to go for this trophy in NG+ but you ca use the Bonfire Ascetic item on the bonfire closest to the boss to respawn that boss and summon Lucatiel for that battle again. I do not advise doing that because the bosses will be harder making it harder for Benhart to survive, so only do that if you are extremely overpowered and can kill the boss quickly or have another strong human phantom to help you kill the boss before Lucatiel is killed.

This achievement needs some planning to make it as easy as possible so try to do things in the order I list them in order to make life easier on yourself. For more information on specific bosses/locations my walkthrough is here.

You can talk to her in ANY order, but you need to speak to her at the bonfire in No Mans Wharf and in the hidden tunnel at the start of Black Gulch to make her available for boss fights. Her last spot is ALWAYS Aldia's Keep and she needs to have survived three fights BEFORE you speak to her here. This has to be done in ONE playthrough.

In No Mans Wharf (past Heide’s Tower of Flame) and she will be at the bonfire just before that area so speak to her until she repeats. Now you can work through No Man’s Wharf, but don’t enter the fog gate on the ship at the end. Instead, go back up the stone steps that led down to wharf the ship arrives at and into the wooden door on the left, go up the stairs in this building and you should find a summon sign for Lucatiel on the floor in this room (by a door that you can only open from this side). It’s better to kill all other enemies before the boss to make your life easier. Now take her to the Flexile Sentry boss fight and kill him – MAKE SURE SHE SURVIVES THE FIGHT OTHERWISE IT DOESN’T COUNT, this holds true for every time you summon her. She needs to survive three fights out of the four available. To make things easier you can buy the Redeye Ring from the cat in Majula for 6,700 souls as this will force the enemies to focus on you rather than the NPC.

After you kill the Last Giant you will get the Soldiers Key, you can use this to access a door behind the Ironclad Solder opposite the ballista room. Up here you will find the fog gate leading to The Pursuer. You need to defeat him and then go into the room behind him to find a birds nest, examine it to be taken to the Lost Bastille. From where you land you need to head to the tower opposite to find Lucatiel. Talk to her until she repeats herself. You can also reach her if coming via No Mans Wharf. From the Exile Cells come onto the battlements, down the ladder near the Heide Knight and then left to a pull switch that opens a gate. Through the gate and up the stairs will get you to her tower.

Be sure to summon her for the Lost Sinner fight in Sinners Rise (her summon sign is in the same room that the elevator stops in on your way down, again kill the enemies leading to the fog gate before activating her).

You will find her again in the bonfire room in Earthen Peak (just after the Covetous Demon fight and assuming you spoke to her in the other two places). So talk to her until she repeats herself again.

You can summon her for the Smelter Demon fight in Iron Keep (it’s an optional boss just after the bridge you can lower) and her sign is right outside. This is a tough one to get her to survive but it can be done, I especially recommend summoning another player to help out to make things easier.

Next you will find her in the Black Gulch. When you enter, go left into the bonfire room and light a torch. Now go back out and edge along the cliff right outside until you see a platform you can drop down to (near a cluster of three poison spitting statues). Do so and you will find Lucatiel leaning against the wall in this passage, talk to her repeatedly. Then continue onwards but DO NOT go in the fog gate, you need to find the hidden bonfire. If you hug the wall to the left (if your back is to the fog gate) and follow it until you reach the cliff edge, you can then go left on a narrow path to the bonfire room and Lucatiel’s summon sign. Now you can fight The Rotten and make sure she survives.

Continue with the game until you reach Aldia’s Keep and she will be in the first little hut by the bonfire. DO NOT SPEAK TO HER UNLESS SHE HAS SURVIVED THREE BOSS FIGHTS as she will vanish after your conversation is done. If you found her and she survived the required number of fights you will get her equipment and the achievements.

If you missed a fight or she died (if she dies before the boss is dead then you can let it kill you and summon her again, though obviously you need to use an Effigy or Life Protection Ring to be human again) you have two options. Either try again on NG+ OR use a Bonfire Ascetic at the relevant bonfire (No Mans Wharf, Threshold Bridge, Sinners Rise, Hidden Bonfire – Black Gulch) to make the boss respawn and attempt the fight again. If you do the latter the boss will be tougher and (in the case of the Sinner and Flexile Sentry) have allies. You can theoretically use this method to get all three boss wins on ONE fight if you feel like it (so defeating the Flexile Sentry three times on one playthrough via Ascetic use would be fine). But you still HAVE TO speak to her in the required places and have the wins before talking to her in Aldia’s Keep.

Lucatiel has serious problems with artificial intelligence, and the first battles with her in the team occur much earlier than the battles with Benhart. With me, she voluntarily jumped into the water in Sinner's Rise, refused to hit Flexile Sentry and ran towards Smelter Demon as fast as she could the moment he launched an explosion attack.

So if you suddenly don’t delay some kind of boss battle so that she survives, or skip it (for example, like me, in Black Gulch), feel free to get the trophy on ng+. Or use Bonfire Ascetic, but at your own peril and risk, in subsequent playthroughs these locations, due to their increased complexity, may become a dead end for you. Or add vivid impressions to the game

The trophy can be obtained by killing, for example, The Rotten three times in one playthrough (using a bonfire ascetic) with a surviving Lucatiel. Then exhaust her lines in aldia's keep and she will give up her equipment. It is not necessary to kill different bosses, the main thing is that she survives three battles. By the way, when her lines in aldia's keep end, she will disappear from the game, regardless of whether you have fulfilled the conditions for receiving the trophy.

On ng+, bosses hit harder, and some have even acquired assistants. But your build for ng+ simply must take on some clear outlines. Often ng+ is easier due to your knowledge of the world around you. Well, that is, of course, if you didn’t read the guides on your first playthrough and completely ruined your first gaming experience.

So, a few tips:

1) If you own Great Shield, then Redeye Ring will greatly increase Lucatiel's chances of survival. This ring makes bosses and enemies focus on you. Rotten will completely focus on your person. It’s better not to go to Flexile Sentry on ng+ with this ring. At the very beginning of the battle, two nasty nimble ninja-like enemies jump out, penetrate the shield and their attacks cause Bleed in two or three hits. They are already very aggressive, and with this ring they will incessantly attack you. Flexile Sentry too.

2) Maximize the damage you can do. Rings, buffs, powerful spells. Prepare and save all this for the boss fight. You don't want a drawn-out battle in which an insane Lucatiel will definitely die.

3) Call Lucatiel when you clear the path of small enemies or are ready to heal her with Warmth, for example.

4) Before The Rotten, also call Lone Hunter Schmidt, this will simplify the task to the limit, the guys will do almost all the work for you. Just first break the poisonous statues before entering the boss.

5) If Lucatiel does die, use homeward bone or aged feather. In this case, she can be called to battle again.
