There’s not much I can say about this achievement other than it’s a pain and you may lose some heroes or fail several times before getting it. The lair bosses aren’t designed to comfortably allow you to get this achievement.
Just make sure your Duelist is in Aggressive Stance and you don’t accidentally kill the boss with a Riposte or DoT once their Death Armor is gone, or an Execution attack beforehand.
If you want this achievement, I recommend going for it early that way you don’t risk losing a team of heroes with memories. It’s possible to get it cleanly but it will probably be a close call. I did this at the start of a Denial run, first area with no trinkets and everyone a Wanderer.
