How to unlock the When You Want Something Done Right achievement in Darkest Dungeon II - Definitive Guide

The bounty hunter is a "special guest" hero who cannot be taken along for an entire run. You can only hire him at inns, and not every inn (it's RNG, it starts at a 45% chance and gets lower as you move up in difficulty). When hired for the price of 4 candles, he replaces one of your current members for the next region and then departs, and is replaced by the previous hero. He cannot be hired at the final inn before the mountain.
First you have to unlock the bounty hunter at the Altar of Hope. This only takes a few candles, I would recommend doing it early because this is a fun and powerful character. Then just keep going through runs until you see his poster above the fire at the inn. The poster looks like the unlock icon for this cheevo, a stylized portrait of the hero's helmet. Hire him for some candles and voila, cheevo unlocked.
Note: There's a great guide at the DD wiki, but in general I would recommend replacing your slot 2 or 3 character with the BH. His abilities shine most in those two slots.
